I totally get entrepreneurs & Non-Profit Orgs, and they get me! I work with leaders to help them address strategic issues, and unleash organizations' latent potential.

Heather McGehearty
Founder / Board President

Heather is a mother to 4 children, 3 boys and a girl. In recent years, she has found out her three sons are all dyslexic and quickly had to jump head first in the advocacy pool to get them help. She is not new to advocacy or school struggles, as she herself has dyscalculia, and had to advocate for herself to get through college.

One of her gifts is seeing the uniqueness in each individual. She believes full potential is best achieved
by leveraging these unique strengths. She is passionate about helping bring this message to young
people – especially those with learning differences whose unique gifts are too often overlooked.

Fundraising Chair

Max has several areas of expertise, including financial/ operational analysis & reporting, cash and treasury management, debt financing, M&A/divestitures, exit strategy, strategic business planning, and many others. He is also multilingual with international experience and believes in helping those around him, frequently mentoring and coaching or assisting with team building and training.
